PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping (US): 5-10 business days - FREE on orders over $50
- Express Shipping (US): 2-4 business days - $9.99
- International Shipping: 10-20 business days - Rates calculated at checkout

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@lumevibe.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
