Each LUME artwork is handcrafted in our US studio. We start with a digital design, then carefully layer premium acrylic panels with precision-cut LED strips. Every piece goes through a multi-step quality check to ensure perfect illumination, color accuracy, and durability before it ships.

Every order includes: the LED wall art piece, a power adapter (US standard plug), a dimmer/remote control, wall mounting hardware, and step-by-step installation instructions. Everything you need to hang and enjoy your art is in the box.

Domestic US orders typically ship within 3-5 business days and arrive in 7-12 business days. International orders may take 10-20 business days depending on the destination. All orders include tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Installation is simple and takes about 10-15 minutes. Each piece comes with wall mounting hardware and clear instructions. You just need to mark two points on your wall, install the included anchors/screws, hang the artwork, and plug it in. No electrician needed. We also have video tutorials on our website if you prefer visual guidance.

Our LEDs are rated for 50,000+ hours of use. That means even if you leave your artwork on for 8 hours a day, it will last over 17 years. LEDs are incredibly energy-efficient too, costing just a few cents per day to run.

We are here to help. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Include photos of the issue and your order number for the fastest resolution.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made pieces are non-refundable unless defective.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already started and cancellation is not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For US orders, there are no customs fees. International customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes based on their country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs. Check with your local customs office for specific rates.
